What is different between A boss and A leader

1.  A boss awards himself and a leader awards others.
2. A boss think he is superior on the other hand a leader think all staff is his colleague.
3. A boss uses people for his works and a leader develops people for expertise of any work.
4.  A boss evokes fear and a leader evokes respect.
5.  A boss focuses only on work and a leader focuses on future.
6.  A boss thinks short term and a leader think about future so its long term of cause.
